Eligibility Update from the Englemount-Lawrence Vaccination Clinic

The North Toronto Ontario Health Team has opened a fixed community vaccine clinic in our riding at the Baycrest Arena (160 Neptune Drive). Baycrest Hospital is providing the logistical support to run this clinic. In addition to all previous priority categories, the Englemount-Lawrence COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is now offering vaccines for:

People who are 60+ years of age and older, born in 1961 or before, who live in the City of Toronto (postal code starts with M). A valid ID with birth date must be presented to clinic staff.

People who live in a COVID-19 Hot Spot Community AND are 50+ years of age and older (born in 1971 or before). Postal code must begin with: M2J, M2M, M2R, M3A, M3C, M3H, M3J, M3K, M3L, M3M, M3N, M4A, M4X, M5A, M5B, M5N, M6A, M6B, M6L, M6M, M9L, M9M, M9N, or M9P. A valid photo ID with the approved postal code AND a personal piece of mail with the full postal code shown must be presented to clinic staff.
